i wish i could photograph your home

one of my favorite things on this trip is taking pictures in the many wonderful places we have been invited to. i love finding those everyday moments of light and color that make a home just that much happier. in chicago we stayed with an old beloved friend of mine and i have to say, the place was eye candy for me (and my macarons).it may have been a row house up many flights of stairs and there may have been a mad squirrel and heat wave but still, it was fantastic.
